The Abandoned Tunnels: Gang Turf A labyrinth of old tunnels, used to construct the sewage system in Republic City. When the new system was created, the tunnels dried out, and were supposedly abandoned. Years later, crime syndicates appeared out of underneath the city, and now cause havoc in the streets. The Agi Kai Triad holds the tunnels under the Entertainment District. The Triple Threats have claimed the territories beneath the Industrial Sector.
